The core mechanics are working but will continue to be developed. They have a low chance of spawning at the camps. After dropping below 25%, your character will receive a movement injury penalty. If you have more weight than you can carry, you will also be overencumbered and will not be able to sprint. Certain physical actions will also cost more stamina. If you are out of stamina, you will become exhausted and will not be able to sprint and attacks will be slower.
