There was a bug where players with strange characters in their names caused lobbies to crash. It has been resolved (you need latest update to see the fix). Regarding updates, I will be looking into making the day/night cycle fairer to those people who play less between sessions. Infections and Bleeding can be cured overnight if you have medicine, but I am working on a solution for allowing you to cure either with things like adrenaline or medical kits. Perhaps it will be a better chance based on your medical area's level and if you have a doctor. Your feedback is extremely helpful.
