APRIL EASTER DEMO UPGRADE

[h2]HAPPY EASTER AND WELCOME BACK[/h2] We have updated the demo with plenty of new features and polished bugs and addressed fan feedback. This upgrade preps the system for the Pristine Resort Update which is coming this month. We hope you enjoy the new upgrade. Frozen Water Bottles Added. They need to been heated up before consumption. Including a few Breakable Objects. FOILAGE RESOURCES You can now find bare bushes, berry plants, and broken-down tree trunks for collecting resources. [h3]NEW LAUNCH SCREEN AND LOADING SCREEN REVAMP[/h3] [h3]TESSELATED SNOW AREAS[/h3] Dead Ends now have tesselated snow to represent deep loose wet snow blocking mobility. [h2][u]MINOR UPDATE FEATURES[/u][/h2] GAME HINT MODE This option offers newer players frost waypoints to guide the player in the proper direction. Not recommended for survival fans. [This needs to be turned on] NEW BASIC DOORS [NON PHYSICAL INTERACTION] + DOOR ICONS. SHELVES AND DRAWERS ADDED [NO ICONS] The new doors are much simpler to use. This was based on your feedback. thank you CAMPFIRES REVAMPED Fires now gradually warm you up when on and when turned off lose all heat. Fires now consistently ignite and extinguish the flame FX. The original campfires required you to examine what was missing from the fires in order to start it. Most users avoided the tutorial and found this to be a bug. So we simplified the Fires to simply use any source of flammable fuel. CONSUMABLE INTERACTIVE FEATURE [ANIMATE CONSUMABLES] 1-Click Consumable Drinks, Bandage, and Canned Food. Removed the need to hold down the left mouse button until the food consume animation is complete in order to consume items. SURVIVAL METERS Health, Stamina, Temperature, Food, and Hunger Meters reductions have been tweaked for a more enjoyable experience. Temperature reduction is not affected by walking and sprinting anymore. INFORMATION NOTICES REVAMPED The information Indicators now have shadows and outlines to contrast against the background for better reading visibility. It is much easier to read tasks and important information. FROST HUD NOW ADJUSTS TO TEMPERATURE DEGREES NEW SLEEPING BAG This replaces the Tent found in the original demo, and it puts you to sleep to end the demo. [The Sleeping system will come in Resort Update along with the TOD] [h2][u]PATCH AND BUG UPDATES INCLUDE[/u][/h2] Fire Converter U.I Revamped for a more clear and logical layout. Text shadows added. Footstep SDFX volume increased. Pain SDFX CUE added for variation Mobility weapon adjustments [AXE] movement speeds have been adjusted Tutorials text updated to be more condensed and more concise for easier reading.
