Some Q&A that might interest you:
Q1. Are there any specific games that inspired Soul Shuffler? Similar in gameplay or vibe?
A1. Yeah! The card part is similar to games like Cultist Simulator, Stacklands, or WitchHand, while the souls collector part is akin to Pokemon, Digimon, Coromon, and many other games in the Creature Collector sub-genre.
----
Q2. That's quite a change of genre! I'm more of a fan of platformers and puzzles, are you switching to developing card games now? (I'm packing up my stuff already!..)
A2. There are tons of genres that we love and want to work on! Most often our subsequent games will differ quite a lot from their predecessors, so no, we don't plan to make card games all the time. :3 We are die-hard platformer fans ourselves, and not many genres would get worse due to some puzzles sprinkled in, so we'll definitely be back to both of those in various forms! Also, our general views on what makes games awesome are unlikely to ever change, so if you liked Puzzles for Clef, you might like our future games as well, and even open up to some new genres that you haven't had the chance to check out in the past! :3

Q3. I'm still waiting for the update to Puzzles for Clef, and now you're making a new game already? Is Clef abandoned?
A3. Not at all! On the contrary, some news about that update are coming soon. ;) The developers responsible for said update and the current stage of Soul Shuffler development are different people, so the two projects don't negatively influence each other in any form.
