[*] Added the Fence, FenceDoor, FenceShort to the 3rd tab of the building menu

[*] Fixed PlantBed, FarmTile pivot points and improved building collision checks

Inventory

[*] Items are no longer duplicated when re-equipping (i.e. arrows). Arrows are now removed correctly from the Inventory when shoot. Stackable Items are now correctly removed from the Inventory (when they are already equipped, i.e. arrows -> 10-4=6 available)
[*] Item Equipment Slots are now updated correctly when moving an item to other equipment slot (i.e. consumables).
