It's good to cook soups and goulashes, because after preparation the ready dish receives only the strongest allergen. For example if you have allergy on carrot maybe you can eat carrot in soups and goulashes. It's depends which allergen is the mostly occurs in the dish; [*] changed some craftings needs.
