Hi everyone, it's the Aka team! As mentioned in our previous announcement, Aka has finally washed up! Many fans have already tried the demo for Aka, but it could also be the first time for many others. Through this announcement, we would like to introduce some of the content you will be able to experience in the official release version of Aka, along with a couple of bugs to keep an eye out for! Explore completely new islands which all have their unique aesthetics! [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/40217694/f19f55bbccabd83d5e971fe15d545de960a91869.jpg[/img] [list] [*] New locations added - Village [/list] For the players that have played our demo, you might have wondered why there is a train next to Aka's house. In the official release version, players will be able to take this train to visit the village! Follow Aka and meet new friends in the village! [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/40217694/a5e336c1096a3af56eb04c620497c4f9a14f0783.jpg[/img] [h2][b][Known Issues][/b][/h2] Aka's war has come to an end but our war with game bugs has not been won yet. We plan to fix all the bugs that may interrupt your gameplay. However, if we were to accomplish this, bug reports and feedback would be vital! So please feel free to report them, it will be welcomed anytime! Now let's go over the known issues. Sometimes Aka will not respond to the player's "Left Mouse Button". This becomes an issue when the player tries to interact with the game. ex) Trying to press the "Yes" UI to complete a quest. Now now, don't panic, Aka may sometimes have other opinions 😂🤣 Here's how to solve it! [list] [*] You can use the "F" key on the keyboard to interact with the game [*] If you had a controller plugged in, disconnect the controller and try restarting the game [*] Close the game and restart the game [/list] [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/40217694/756cd5b78cf8001625d93cd684f9bb3ff5bd39ab.png[/img] Aka's backpack can sometimes be mysterious... If the backpack's inventory is full it could cause some unexpected issues with item interactions. This can be avoided by leave a few empty slot in your backpack! [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/40217694/71f68ae0666ffed3cc23a7b511fe075f60954c2f.png[/img] On your adventures with Aka, you'll get to meet many new friends! However, sometimes your new friends might be having too much fun while talking with Aka. Manual saving the game while talking to an NPC could cause an error that could interrupt the game's progression. So just keep this in mind and trust the Auto Save feature! On Bamboo Island, there is a Shiba Inu who requires our help! But sometimes that doggo can be too smart, and he may be taking a walk already. [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/40217694/28a604713950686b31734b48e253fe72b1370c3d.png[/img] [h2][b][Known Issues for the Nintendo Switch][/b][/h2] Apart from the issues mentioned above, there are a couple more issues found on the Nintendo Switch. Don't worry, we've already identified these issues, and we are pending reviews before we can release it publically! Sometimes Aka may become too fond of certain items in his backpack. Interacting with certain items in the backpack and then closing it, may cause Aka to walk in the animation above. It is a cute visual bug indeed, Aka will come back to his senses when he moves to a new location! You'll need to craft a torchlight, but the torchlight can be crafted inside a campfire! We plan to fix this in the coming days so you can decorate just however you like! We were able to complete our development of Aka due to the patience and support many of our fans have shown.
