In This War Of Mine you do not play as an elite soldier, rather a group of civilians trying to survive in a besieged city; struggling with lack of food, medicine and constant danger from snipers and hostile scavengers. The game provides an experience of war seen from an entirely new angle.

This is the 2nd post related to the celebration of This War of Mine's 8th birthday. Some of you have been asking how exactly the game is being used in schools and what value it provides. By the end of 2022 This War of Mine will be officially included in the Polish learning program as a supplementary reading. The game is already available for use by the students and teachers in high schools.
