Hello folks! What a year it has been: We (Dreamloop Games) had our second birthday, Stardust Galaxy Warriors turned 2 years old and our home country, Finland, turned 100 years old! We have been extremely busy working on all kinds of outsourcing jobs, which have given us the opportunity to get to know a bunch of great gamedev people around the world. We have also started to look into a sequel to our beloved side-scrolling SHMUP-brawler Stardust Galaxy Warriors, though the project is still very much in the idea stage. AND finally, we have announced that SGW will be receiving a new content patch and DLC during the year 2018! The patch will be free to everyone and will feature some new content (a new gauntlet game mode with session based progression and tweaked difficulty), balanced weapons and mechs and bug fixes. We have been listening to what players have been saying about the game and we will be making the changes based on that feedback (Plus we’ll be fixing a few things that have kept the team awake at night for a year now). So, if you have anything you would like us to add, fix or change, let us know on the forums, Twitter, Facebook or Youtube! The DLC is planned to focus around mech specific challenges and gameplay. We want to give the hardcore SGW players some new challenges to beat with this DLC, making sure that you get as much bang for your buck as possible. And of course, there will be new achievements to hunt! More on the DLC details as we move on with the development so stay tuned!
