Remember BloodRayne? Terminal Reality's early-2000s third-person shooter series was lying dormant ever since 2011 spin-off side-scroller BloodRayne: Betrayal flopped. But a company has bought the rights to the series and announced plans to bring BloodRayne back.
Ziggurat Interactive is a new retro game publisher that has bought the rights to multiple game licenses from Majesco Entertainment, including Advent Rising, Raze's Hell, Flip's Twisted World, and BloodRayne.
Ziggurat said it's now working with Terminal Reality to update the PC versions of the BloodRayne games "to improve compatibility and provide various enhancements". Meanwhile, it's "developing plans to further explore and expand BloodRayne's already rich universe".
