[b]Hello[/b] fellow Apes! 🐵 Together with the summer heat comes a developer update! There's mostly just the one question on everyone's mind right now. Today, we'd like to do our best to address the [strike]elephant[/strike] gorilla in the room. [b]Why can't I play TOSS!🍌 yet?[/b] [b](1)[/b] As some of you are aware, we are a 3-person company as well as an independent studio. As much as we love to devote ourselves to the development we also need to feed our mouths, pay for all the expenses of running a studio & take care of the overhead tasks outside of actual game production. We are a tiny - but passionate. [b](2)[/b] We are still growing as both developers & as a company. This will be Agera Games' first commercial release and a large part of the work we're doing right now has to do with establishing a solid foundation for more reliable, quicker and bigger productions. This includes having a lot of meetings, waiting for big wheels to turn slowly and hoping for favorable outcomes. In other words: It's not the most exciting part of the process but we believe that once we get over this hump, there's a fun and smooth ride ahead of us. [b](3)[/b] The scope & quality of the game has improved and expanded from what we initially planned. With more and better content it also takes longer to finish milestones & make improvements to the game itself. This brings us to (4). [b](4)[/b] We want to deliver a polished, smooth & impactful game. We are pouring all our knowledge & expertise into this for you to receive a game we as developers can be proud of and you as community to relish and be entertained by for hours! With all this we appreciate our community's continued patience & support. We can't wait to eventually release the game and play it along with you all!
