Made some changes on the car spawn, mission system item to improve performance. Set a prioritization sequence for the mission cars to be spawned over normal cars. Also made the necessary adjustments needed for Romans 1-1 and Roman 1-2 already so the mission sequences are triggered and activated in the proper time and order.
