We have read your suggestions and the 1.7.8.7 update now adds to the game:
- When sanctions are in place, for 5.0 money from the Swiss Bank it is possible to conduct a Détente, instead of 10.0, with the country with which you have sanctions, via a new response option in the event
- Offshore Swiss Bank money can now be used to increase Party members' loyalty if their characteristics accept it
- Fixed Stasi bug
