YOU are a psychiatrist, trying to solve a murder whilst treating the unusual patients of the recently deceased Doctor Dekker. Type a question - patients reply in full screen video and have questions for you too but be careful what you say. Your words determine their eventual fates, and your own!
The 1.03 patch is incoming with the following notes...
NEW - replay game ending (available if you haven't started a new game)
NEW - windowed mode

Increased *wait* time for multithread loading (fix for slower machines)
Repost achievements on launch (fix for any missing achievements)
Added app_id file to root directory (for linux testing)
Added / removed keywords and phrases for balancing
Added GUI options for hardware flags and acceleration

Note for players running a BETA branch or using launch params:
You will need to reset these options after updating, available in the init.json file (browse local files option from Steam properties) or from the options screen in the GUI.
E.g.

For no hardware acceleration:

For the inProcessGPU launch parameter flags:
Remove the --params from your Steam game properties tab.
