1.0 (Release) Update

Your feedback has pointed my attention to a number of issues I was able to iron out before release, that I would not have found without you! This week, Puzzle Pelago will release, on April 30th :D This is my first Steam launch, and my nerves are killing me. [*] Return to Chapter Select menu after completing a chapter, even if the game was started via "Continue" button [*] Tutorial dialogue improvements [*] Fix consistent application of title case in some headings [*] Fix level transition animation sometimes stopping when alt-tabbing mid-way through the animation [*] balance ambient sound effect levels [*] optimize building click targets [*] Clean up recipe / "how to make" UI [*] *all* inaccessible resources/buildings should now be non-interactable. in some cases they still were.
