0.3.4 Further optimization and some roads fixing

In this update: [list] [*] I optimized rendering a little bit more, around main roads with lampposts and Woodville polygon count should be reduced by 20-30% (probably about 5-10 FPS gain depending on your computer) [*] Road exit after a main bridge is more visible now and roads are actually connected.
